Chickpeas Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
  • One butterhead lettuce
  • 1/2 cup of Quinoa*
  • 5 Brocolli Florets
  • 1 cup of Chickpeas*
  • 7 raspberries
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 pinch of Italian parsley
Preparation

I picked a white plate and salad bowl as this salad is very colorful.

  1. Place butterhead lettuce on the plate
  2. Cut it small
  3. Place the quinoa to look like a circle as shown in the below picture
  4. Put on top the broccoli florets to make a circle as well
  5. Place the chickpeas
  6. Nicely drop the parmesan cheese
  7. Decorate the top with the Italian Parsley
  8. Add the olive oil around the lettuce or as your preference
  9. Decorate the salad with the balsamic glaze
  10. Salad ready to enjoy!
