Ingredients
  • 1/2 butter lettuce
  • Four slices of tofu*
  • 4 slices avocado
  • 1 golden apple
  • Two strawberries
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 pinches of dried basil
  • Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Preparation

I picked a white plate and salad bowl as this salad is very colorful.

  1. Place butter lettuce on the plate
  2. Cut it at your preferred size
  3. Place the tofu slices on top of the lettuce
  4. Add the avocado previously cut into small chunks
  5. Cut the strawberries into slices
  6. Nicely surround the tofu with the strawberries previously cut into slices
  7. Spread around and on top of the strawberries the amount of blue cheese
  8. Add on top of the avocado the amount of basil
  9. Add the olive oil around the lettuce or as your preference
  10. Decorate the salad with the balsamic glaze
  11. Salad ready to enjoy!
